We have reached the last topic of the project TijeloRIJEČI: Thorn!! UO At the same time, in cooperation with the Museum of Contemporary Art, it is again organizing FREE programs – a walk, a lecture, guidance in MSU and a workshop. This time we are dealing with FOOD!. Appropriate, because before Easter we think about what to eat, and after Easter how to eat as little as possible! Food is a social glue, a reflection of the way we live, a necessity and superstructure, a reflection of compulsive patterns and a potential space for transformation. Dubrovnik 17 Art and food Food – an important meeting point in the neighborhoods – is a frequent topic, including contemporary media artists in the collection of the Museum of Contemporary Art. As part of the guidance, interested visitors will be presented with a selection of works in the collection Zbirka kao glagol. Visitors will discover how artists such as Dragoljub Raša Todosijević, Mladen Stilinović, Joseph Beuys and Slaven Tolj used food in their works and talked about social reality and problems. Renata Filčić, documentary filmmaker and curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art SMALL BITES We follow up on the topic of everyday bread from the MSU fund and the works of Stilinović and Todosijević, as well as the context of gastro-anomy and the question of what to eat (if you have it). We offer an experiential-research process of preparing simple food combined with workshop work with the body (and text). We turn everyday vegan foods into creative edible snacks. Bring your aprons and come play with us. applications at: www,msu/events Ana Janjatović-Zorica is a sociologist, one of the most experienced teachers of natural nutrition in the country, cultural worker and author (Festival of Firsts and other projects of Studio Artless). Josipa Bubaš is a performance artist and cultural worker. TijeloRIJEČI Trnsko” is a project organized by the UO Simultaneously, in cooperation with the Museum of Contemporary Art. The program includes 4 topics, each of which consists of a discursive program (lectures, panels), a visit to the Museum of Contemporary Art, and thematic performance-literary workshops and final presentations at the Museum of Contemporary Art in April 2024. All programs are FREE. As part of the project, we dealt with the following topics: urban planning of the Trnsko neighborhood/topic: Urban and green rhythm, rock heritage of the neighborhood/topic: Rock and the neighborhood, transition processes/topic: From Nama to the shopping center and now, the last topic is Food. The project was financed as part of the Culture and Art in the Community program of the City Office for Culture and Civil Society of the City of Zagreb
